Hi Viktor,

Congrats on your U14 team winning the tournament.  

I was so impressed with how the U13 team played given how little actual game time they have actually had.It is going to be very exciting to see how good they can become as they continue to get to know each other. I don't think Ryan has stopped smiling yet and his confidence is sky high now that he knows he belongs at this level.

Thanks for your work with him, we are both sure we made the right choice in premier programs.

Hi Victor,

 

I just wanted to write you a quick note to tell you Marissa has just completed a very successful year on her school's JV team.  Her success and enthusiasm for soccer is due mostly to you and your wonderful "Know-How" training school which she has attended the last 2 years. Without your professional training she would not have been a starter on the JV team as an 8th grader. 

Marissa and I would like to extend our appreciation and gratitude to you and your coaches (Mike & Todd) for a SUPER job the last couple of years.

Hi Viktor,
I just wanted to drop you a note to say how impressed I am with the progress of not only my son but all the players who are part of Super 9. Cal really looks forward to every session with Super 9 and his technical and tactical knowledge has improved so much that it really is night and day from where he was.

The fact that you run every session is a significant differentiator for us between the various programs that are out there for children who want to play soccer at a premier level. You have a passion for the game that is infectious for both the kids and the parents, long may this continue, and you really do get the best out of the kids by demanding them to be the best that they can be and then a little more….

Thanks again, with all the programs out there it is difficult to know if you are picking the right one for your son, we definitely did…

Hi Viktor,

We wanted to express our appreciation for your Super9 soccer school program
and summer camps. Nicole has improved a great deal since joining Super9 and
really enjoys every session.
The curriculum you have developed and the
passion you exhibit with all the players really brings their technical
skills and tactics to a new level. You have the rare ability to provide the
right balance of pushing everyone in the Super9 program to be the best they
can be combined with lots of encouragement and positive reinforcement. We
believe that Super9 is truly unique in the personal and hands on approach
used to teach the soccer skills required to progress and become a great
player.
The curriculum and instruction is presented in an effective, simple,
and patient way that allows everybody to truly learn the critical
fundamentals properly, practice until they get it right, and then execute
confidently during game situations. It is easy to see why some of the best
premier players in Rochester have been associated with your programs.

Viktor,

Adrianna LOVES your sessions more than any other soccer practices or programs she has participated in. She wishes they were every night of the week! (She actually said she wished she could go to Viktor Paco soccer every morning and every night!) She really tries to practice what you have taught once she leaves too, which is
great.

Thank you so much for doing such a great job! Adrianna LOVES soccer, and it is great for her to be able to participate in a
program where she is actually learning and feels challenged. She is having a great time.

There is no other program to compare to Super 9 Soccer and the level of training Viktor Paco has developed for soccer players aspiring to take their game to the next/highest level.

With every training session that Viktor prepares, my son Michael consistently improves his tactical, technical and physical abilities. With these improvements his confidence level grows to make him a better rounded player on his premier soccer team. Viktor is always attentive to the lesson at hand providing corrections when needed and positive reinforcement when the task is done correctly. Viktor is a definite motivator out on the field and enjoys having fun at the same time with the kids.

My son has walked off the field on several occasions knowing he has given 110% (and then some) and satisfaction of knowing he has accomplished the lesson that Viktor had prepared ahead of time.

My son Ricky has been playing soccer since he was 4 years old. He has been fortunate enough to have success at every level he has played including ODP and Premier level. Viktor has been involved in Ricky’s training for the last 3+ years and is largely responsible for his success. The Geneseo Community has welcomed the unique opportunity Viktor Paco has offered to our soccer program. Through weekly training, players have been exposed to a higher level of instruction presented in an effective, yet simplistic way to perfect soccer skills. Our "experienced" players are truly learning the real fundamentals of soccer. In their own words, "We needed to learn it the right way. Viktor,

Just wanted to drop you a note to let you know how much Austin is enjoying and benefiting from your training. The improvement in his technical skills and tactical skills (or game "know how"...) is really starting to show. However, I think the place where Austin has most benefited is that he has begun to absorb some of your obvious passion for the game. Sometimes when we leave practice, Austin will be upset because he felt he could've done better on some of the drills. Other times, he's elated because things went well. That kind of caring is the first step to real improvement. What a gift to be able to instill that in young players! Thanks for giving him the opportunity for this invaluable training.

My kids have been blessed with the opportunity to train at many camps over the years. They continually choose to train with Viktor Paco for many reasons: (1) Viktor provides competitive and "game-like" structure during training. (2) Viktor provides immediate, direct and meaningful feedback. (3) Viktor moves kids beyond where they believe they can perform toward their true potential. (4) My kids know Viktor has planned the training session to help them develop; they see growth and that motivates them to want to become better players.

I just wanted to say how much Andrew and Elizabeth enjoyed and grew while working with you as coach. They really liked your individual attention, and the insight that you brought to their particular skills development. For Andrew, it was wonderful to see his passion for the game get re-ignited, and freshened his desire to improve his game. Elizabeth really had benefit from playing in a mixed age and gender scrimmages, and your teaching and encouragement helped her play successfully against physically bigger opponents, and to succeed both in her club and school game.

We met Viktor when our two boys did a full year of a soccer academy that Viktor was working at. We were so impressed with Viktor’s skills, knowledge and interaction with our kids. We felt he was really the draw that made us continue with a full year of soccer training. We weren’t surprised to hear that Viktor had started his own academy because we feel he is excellent for anyone wanting to become a better soccer player…..

You are a rare find! A Coach who has the passion for not only the game of soccer, but also for teaching young players who want to succeed in the sport.
